Dr. Bernasha holds a 200 hour certification in integrative and holistic yoga from Stanford’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. 

In her role as a psychologist, she incorporates mindfulness meditation and mindfulness based movement into her work with clients if requested. By incorporating these yogic interventions, clients find tools to manage experiences of depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. 

In her role as a yoga instructor, Dr. Bernasha educates folks on how to strengthen the connection between their minds and bodies. Her approach helps to celebrate, heal, and empower folx in their lived experiences!
