Dr. Bernasha holds a 200-hour certification in integrative and holistic yoga from Stanford’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She shares yoga, breath work, and meditation with organizations during wellness retreats and workshops, and also weaves yoga into therapy sessions when it feels like a good fit for clients.

During retreats and workshops, she guides clients through breath practices, meditations, and somatic embodiment exercises that support healing and empower them in their personal journeys.

During therapy sessions, she incorporates breath work, mindfulness meditation, and mindfulness-based movement into her work with clients when requested. These yogic interventions provide clients with effective tools to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma.
