What is the Process?
Dr. Bernasha assists folx in co-developing personalized mental wellness plans as well as collaborating on therapeutic goals that utilize their unique strengths. Her aim is to help clients center their mental well-being, engage in restorative self-care practices, and gain effective skills to better understand themselves and others. Through a collaborative relationship, Dr. Bernasha helps folx explore the various concerns that brought them to therapy.
Clients working with Dr. Bernasha receive support for managing stress, anxiety and depression, healing from trauma (interpersonal, systemic, race-based), improving relationships with self and others, exploring identities, navigating life transitions, and developing healthier coping strategies.
